True. And that what makes it especially not easy is the

presence of the sense of exclusivity that closes all the other

options that are not of the own choice. While Srila Prabhupada

left open different options for different kind of understandings,

the tendency is there to consider the one's own to be the only

one acceptable for all.

 

There is a possibility for both cows and sheep to walk through

the same pasture. You first let the cows, they walk and they eat

the grass but up to the certain level only. Then sheep may walk

behind, for they eat the grass up to earth. Would sheep go first,

cows would starve from lack of their food. So in ISKCON, have those

who are concerned about the performance of the "highest" activities

do it, yet there is the place for those others to walk behind them

with their "more-to-earth" activities.
