Without it there is going > to be no vedic culture in ISKCON. if dharma is performed properly artha will automatically follow. of course, as we know, we still need to work but artha will come only according to how much dharma one has performed in the past. this understanding is missing in the present age and so people are doing all kind of ugra karma to possess more artha but they end up possessing more sin, and because they don't perform dharma in this life they again remain without enough artha in their next life and so this cycle is going on due to ignorence. best is sarva dharman parityajya....! and that's what we should be doing--- surrender to Lord Krishna, honestly.
