Apa-siddhanta > should be rooted out. Apa-siddhanta can only be rooted out once it is identified clearly. AS you said "doctrinal matters must be clarified." This is necessary before labeling any viewpoint as "apa-siddhanta". The problem is who will decide? The best we have right now, in my opinion, is the GBC appointed Sastra Advisory Council. If you believe there is some apa-siddhanta it can be taken up by them. THere are also issues in which there can be differences, even amongst acharyas. We may continue to debate these points, but we should not fall prey to offending other Vaishnavas because we disagree with them.
