Srila Prabhupada wanted prasadam to go out to as many people as possible. AT the same time if people were in want, as they were in Mayapur in the early 70s, he particularly asked for our efforts to include them. That's natural. > > First you have to establish that the food they distribute to the > poor actually is not prasada. Then only you can apply a quote that > would compare such food distribution to a feeding of a snake with > milk that only "entraps men in maya". I hope I am making my point somewhat understandable. I understand what you are saying and I agree with you. However, I didn't take the quotes that were supplied as an attempt to shoot down what FFL does and prove that it is mundane and therefore not approved by our acaryas. I only took those quotes as an attempt to clarify the difference between mundane and spiritual work for the purpose of helping this discussion, but not as a direct comment on FFL. Personally I think FFL does a great job provided they are in fact offering their foodstuffs to Krsna properly before distribution. If they were simply distributing bhoga then their activities would be completely mundane and completely useless.
