This is just in from ISKCON Alachua in America.

You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the

time but you can't fool all the people all the time.

Bhima Dasa's quotation that he attributes to the Temple President, managers,

board members, GBC and trustees of ISKCON Alachua is not truthful and is

very damaging (to me and them). He benefits no one by this type of

uninformed knee-jerk reply. Had he contacted me to verify these fantastic

claims he would easily understand the baselessness of them that I can

document for anyone who wishes to contact me.

I have objected to the GBC International Body concerning yet another

irresponsible post by Bhima Dasa, the Temple President representing ISKCON's

registered society in India, ISKCON of Bombay, and the ISKCON Bureau, under

which all temples in India are registered.

I explained to the GBC the malicious motives behind these false and damaging

public allegations that are documented against Bhima Dasa and ISKCON Alachua

who have become linked herein by this post as political bedfellows.

I have also contacted US authorities who inform me that the wild claim that

I am not allowed back into the country and that there is a warrant for my

arrest are entirely false.

It is very painful to see devotees stoop so low to satisfy their anger and

to cover-up their injustices which are now documented in relation to the

Australian Mataji who was detained 2 months in Mathura Jail in

life-threatening conditions (documented by those who now attack the

delegation that was instrumental in gaining her release).

The now docvmented behind-the-scenes attempts to blacklist me and now open

attempts to destroy my reputation will not be ignored. Based on feedback I

received from the ISKCON Ombuds office in relation with Mahamantra Prabhu's

case, I suspect these allegations are not news to the GBC body, some who

apparently made reference to them in response to our letter to the GBC Body

objecting to the ISKCON Bureau and India RGB's recent resolutions passed

against Mahamantra Prabhu (another reason, as Bhima points out, why Bhima is

so ferociously attacking me here in retribution for "speaking out" as he

stated).

This is classic political move Srila Prabhupada calls "Give the dog a bad

name and kill him and then you become a hero." Where were these heroes 5

years ago? Why only now that we are exposing this Australian mataji's case?

I have been serving in a high-profile administrative capacity in ISKCON New

Delhi in full purview of ISKCON Alachua leaders approaching three years now

as a member of the Temple Executive Committee and Promotions Director with

HG Mahamantra Prabhu, Temple President of ISKCON New Delhi who appointed me.

Never has the GBC informed me of these charges or taken any action against

me despite being clearly aware of these allegations based on Bhima's post

and the ISKCON Ombuds Office written statements,

I trust the ISKCON GBC Body is capable of a mature handling of this case in

a fair and just manner to avoid unnecessarily escalating this matter. No

official charges have been brought against me by ISKCON or any other

authority since separating with my ex-wife five years ago. That they are

doing so now in such a careless and reckless manner is only indicative of

the severity and depsperation of this party to cover-up their mistakes.

This rumor mongering is being leveled against me to silence the

investigation of the Australian mataji's case, and this is nothing more than

dirty and treacherous political fighting by a defeated party who has run out

of arguments and stands exposed as irresponsible (according to their own

admission).

I loved my wife and love my children and only wish the best for them. We

amicably decided to end our relationship 5 years ago in consultation with my

Guru Maharaja. I have not had any contact with her since then and we have

peacefully gone our separate ways (or so I thought). Perhaps she is fueling

this or not, I cannot say at this point. I suspect she is not.

There is alot I could say and do, but in the best interests of my children I

am restraining myself and only wishing the best for all of them. I pray

always that they are happily engaged in Lord Krishna's service and regret

that we couldn't mediate our differences. I have a letter of apology from

the astrologer who wrongly matched our charts before marriage. We were told

80% compatible and I recently came to realize that we were less than 25%.

Perhaps had the culture of mediation ISKCON is now pursuing been available

to us then, we might have at least avoided the dissolution of our family

despite our incompatibility. We both resisted the idea of counselling due to

having to go outside the association of devotees with our personal issues,

but I see now that we were more candidates for mediation by trained

devotees. What is done is done, and hopefully those who are undergoing

disputes can learn the value of mediation, take the training (which is very

good), and serve the Vaishnava community with this valuable skill.

I am ready to mediate any issues ISKCON or any ISKCON devotee has with me,

My life is an open book and if anyone wants to know me they are free to

inquire and I will be happy to respond to any allegations leveled against

me.

Servant of All,

Prabhupadacarya Dasa
