As suggested by many of your Prabhupada quotes posted in other texts, seriousness remains the real qualification of a true disciple, and not simply cooking up a new method by which ones attains diksa by a rubber stamp process. As far as the courts go, well, I guess we shall see. Last I heard, our dear Adri and Madhu were not the presiding judges. ys, Sthita

The fact is; "Adri & Madhu" are not the Judges in the court! (As it appears they would like us to believe!)

To turn to some Indian government court in Calcutta for passing the judgment on Vaisnava siddhanta, to resolve the philosophical dispute, is something far beyond my comprehension that any reasonable and thoughtful person might do. You have added the Calcutta court into your parampara line, expecting the word of their judgment to be the conclusive one. Thus your siksa gurus are the clergymen from that court and bunch of mundane lawyers that one can buy for some money. Anybody with a bit of dignity will disassociate himself from the following such line of "disciplic succession" that ends with "buy_for_rupees" materialistic lawyers. You need their help to establish the rtvikvada in Srila Prabhupada's ISCKON. The next step would be naturally expected -- the enforcement of that court's "siddhanta" by the side of state's persecution departments (up to involving the police force). And then in the morning program the ritviks will have a picture of the lawyer and sing "Jaya lawyer, jaya lawyer, lawyer lawyer, jaya jaya.
