Srila Prabhupada's siksa also says we were to start varnasrama-colleges in every center of the movement over 25 years ago and yet none have ever been started in all that time. He certainly spoke and wrote a hell of lot more about varnasrama-dharma than diksa initiation and yet their has been no emphasis by the leaders on varnasrama-dharma in the movement ever. Wouldn't one naturally at least question the judgement of leaders who have neglected such a major consideration of Srila Prabhupada's siksa? Who will answer for all the cows that have died of neglect in ISKCON farms due to lack of prioritization of varnasrama-dharma implementation in accordance with Srila Prabhupada's ORDERS? My opinion is, Deity worship and "diksa" rituals are just so many oblations into ashes if at the same time the practitioners are neglecting people and cows.
