I realize I have'nt contributed much to this issue, but where

did you get "We must remember - Varna first, asrama later."

from?

 

Srila Prabhupada didn't do that with us. He asked us to chant 16

rounds daily first. He taught us to ask outsiders to chant Hare

Krishna first. Have you got it back to front or have I missed

something?
