Don't worry though you are in good and numerous company with most of the entire GBC also not incorporating this most auspicious and important preaching program inaugurated by Srila Prabhupada more than 25 years ago in Vrindavana. Or maybe they know but choose to ignore it? I wouldn't know because the GBC doesn't represent itself to us on this most important subject on any regular (daily) basis. The exact quote is: "Srila Prabhupada: First of all varna and when the varna is perfectly in order, then there is asrama. Asrama is especially meant for spiritual advancement. Varna is general division. It must be there in human society. If varna is not there then this is a society of animals. And when the varna is working perfectly, then we give them the asrama. ... ASRAMA, that is later on." SP MWC Vrin 3/74. You really need to read the whole conversation to be fully enlivened with the concept. I am sure you must have the transcription of these morning walk conversations? Also, Srila Prabhupada continued these same instructions in his fantastic conversations with Hari-sauri Prabhu on Valentines Day in 1977, a few months before leaving this planet. Surely you also have these transcriptions? Both are detailed instructions and orders to implement varnasrama-dharma into ISKCON. I won't provide the texts here because I am sure you can get the texts from any GBC man in your proximity. Read them together! It will be quite enlightening.
