I observed this with Kirtananada. Even well after he himself knew it was time

to

move on, he continued to sit in the Vyasa sana because many of his disciples

demanded he provide that strength to them. The vine is a pleasant analogy - I

used the more tactless expression "vampire disciples".

That my guru needs to be an uttama can easily be seen as extended false ego. I

am

not perfect, but my guru is and I am so great because I have associated with

him

and seen his greatness where others haven't.

Why even twenty years after, why not have a look already now. I really

have no much information regarding in how many countries and new cities

Gaudiya Math (here, Narayana Maharaja) has succeeded in spreading

KC. How many new temples, farms, communes, centres have been opened on

the West and filed up by the enthusiastic bhaktas/bhaktins ready to start

practicing KC. How many people that have never before heard for Krsna, are

now chanting His Holy Name. All I can hear is, basically, "NM visited and

stayed at this (ex)ISCKON member's home, NM re-initiated these and those

ISCKON devotees, NM preached at that ISCKON nama-hata center,..."

Who is following whom here, really?

The "fallen and dry ISCKON" is the force plowing the tough field

of this Krsna-consciousness-less world. Where is GM? The world

there out(side of India) haven't even hear about GM. One got to get

first in contact to ISCKON (and its "fallen and bogus" preachers)

in order to get information about the existence of Gaudiya Math

and their acaryas. So, what then to expect 20 years after the

departure of these most prominent GM leaders.

And still, some Prabhupada's disciples are incapable of seeing

the vital spiritual energy to be coming from Srila Prabhupada,

but from the leaders of Gaudiya Math. A bhakta Joe and a bhaktin

Mary are definitely more inspiring then this kind of Prabhupada's

disciples.
