I think that's it. Instead of honorific titles, I think the first goal

should be that atleast the immediate authorities, under whom such

hardworking and exemplary devotees are excelling in their respective

services, should give them special encouragement, appreciation and

acknowledgement. Like for eg. each temple can felicitate the best three best

devotees every month depending on their attendance of the programs, their

service, their preaching & their obedience to authority. A board of devotees

can decide that. Also each department head should speak sweet words of

encouragement to the sincere devotees working under them.

 

A special recognition function can also be held at Sridhama Mayapur for

these devotees. A dedicated newsletter can be published describing the

extraordinary achievements of these special devotees. A Com conference & web

site can be started to create appreciation & awareness among other devotees

of the hardwork of these devotees. They can be invited to different temples

so that everyone gets their association.

 

Even if we just award honorific titles, if these exemplary devotees don't

get encouragement & appreciation from their immediate authorities or close

devotees then there will be no value to this external honorific titles. But

if these devotees get the necessary appreciation & love, then they are not

so much concerned for the honorific titles which in turn may make them

proud.
