According to ISKCON law Adri has disqualified himself as TP by contravening his oath of allegience to ISKCON which is as follows: quote 5.4.2.1 2. To accept the GBC of ISKCON as the ultimate managing authority of ISKCON as directed in Srila Prabhupada's last will and testament 4. To accept that all ISKCON's funds, assets and properties under my control or direction, including anything ISKCON may have acquired under my direction, is the sole property of ISKCON .... 5. To be guided by the spiritual direction of ISKCON's management, to cooperate with the local GBC representative, and to fulfill my duties in a serving spirit never intentionally acting against ISKCON's interests 6. .... I further agree not to involve the Society or those placed under my care in any activities contrary to the above. Not only has Adri unfortunately disqualified himself on all of the above counts but he has engaged in the unmentionable act of taking ISKCON to court so as to 'legalistically' -- not philosophically -- force a worthless mayavada ritvik concoction upon an unwilling ISKCON. We pray that Lord Krishna empower our ISKCON legal team headed by Dayarama Prabhu to appropriately implement ISKCON law and thus free ISKCON from the nuisance ritvikism attacks once and for all. By ISKCON law every TP must take an oath of allegiance once a year. When was the last time Adri did so? And if he did so within the last year, has he not lied under oath? And what about Mahaman dasa in Vrindavana? > But after years together Calcutta still remains > in a shambles and no significant development has taken place > in comparison with the income that has been received. This > causes one to ask questions. Questions Adri dasa doesn't seem > to want to answer. Maybe he can't answer. I am waiting for the > answers. > > I am not satisfied if instead he would rather argue over some > tatvamasi point and try to defeat his opponent in some side > issue avoiding the core questions. How long can he think he > will fool people? As is commonly said in the USA: you can > fool some of the people some of the time, but you can't fool > all of the people all of the time. I believe that if Adri can't honour his oath of allegiance to ISKCON then he should just do the honest thing and gracefully resign. That would be the gentlemanly thing to do. But are we dealing with a gentleman? ys ada
