Guest guest
There are two sva-dharmas--one on the spiritual platform, and one in relation to the psycho-physical nature. We give all living entities an equal access to the eternal sva-dharma, the process of purification and devotional service, according to their ability to accept such a process. At least for those in adult human bodies, our "equal vision" should mean no preferential treatment in regards to seeing the Deities, chanting japa, hearing Bhagavatam, and so on through the nine processes of devotional service. Of course, if a particular human being makes a choice not to undergo the purificatory process, there will be certain aspects of service from which he or she is barred (such as only seond-initiates touching the Deities). But while a person may bar him or herself, we as a society do not bar them from the means of purification. The inequality of various living entities refers to activities that deal with the body and mind, even if those activities are dovetailed in the Lord's service. Surely our understanding of the philosophy of the difference between the body and the self should be obviously manifest in the practices of ISKCON. Spiritual activities--no distinction; dovetailed varnasrama--distinction. Your servant, Urmila devi dasi
