I agree with the above comment, in fact I found it important if we wish to

improve in our Society.

I would like an advise on what to do if the *leader* just take time to

listen to those that they appreciatte, and avoid listening the others.

How do a devotee is suppose to behave on grave situations where is having a

strong need to be listen and just find a wall?

Try speaking to someone else that he will listen to. If that person doesn't

want to listen, looking for someone else who will. But it is important that

the person you speak to is willing to speak to the leader and that the leader

repsects him.
