Guest guest
Dear Mahaman prabhu, Dandavad. Prabhupada kijaya! I'm afraid I don't have sufficient time now to get into all the details of the situation in Vrindavan. I will offer some comments, but I can't promise to respond further. > We cannot really compare situations extent in traditional Hindu or Indian > temples with those found in Iskcon temples especially the important > international centers. I only brought up the question of traditions in India, because others often use this as part of their arguments for establishing certain kinds of etiquette. I agree that our standards should be higher. The question is what is the best standard, not what is the tradition. > Talking of traditions can you please also respect the tradition that the > Krishna Balaram temple has been folllowing since the last 25 years? I can only respect it if it is based on sound principles taught by Srila Prabhupada. >As > soon as we make changes at our own whims, something which Srila Prabhupada > warned us against, we will land in trouble. Adjustments though can be made > by careful evaluation. That is what is needed careful evaluation without giving unnecessary weight to the way things may have been done up till now.
