Guest guest
So after reading all of the following, why did Abhay Charan De play soccer? Why would his Vaisnava father "allow" him to play? And the sporting activities of my worshipable Arjuna and his great brothers? Were all of these gurus of mine in maya???? I knew there was some reason I was still such an idiot. Of course, MAYBE, there is a difference between the sporting activities of someone favorable to the Lord and someone who is not favorable to the Lord? Maybe varna has something to do with it? I know this "varna" is a dirty word and that we are all supposed to be one varna; ISKCON "brahmanas" the example for which is who?: Bhavananda, Kirtanananda, Ramesvara, Jayatirtha, Bhagavan, Harikesha, etc? Maybe they SHOULD have played a little more soccer and not so many other games. > In this age, men are victims not only of different political creeds and > parties, but also of many different types of sense-gratificatory > diversions, such as cinemas, *SPORTS, gambling, clubs, mundane libraries, > bad association, smoking, drinking, cheating, pilfering, bickerings, and > so on.
