Guest guest
Melbourne Herald-Sun Newspaper Monday, March 13 2000 .... "Former Beatle George Harrison, an Australian Grand Prix regular, took up his usual position, mingling in the pits with the likes of team boss Jackie Stweart." "Scar mongering for doc's ears only" By Dino Scatena "George Harrison may still bear some of the scars from being stabbed, but nothing was going to keep him from his beloved Formula One. In public for the first time since being attacked in his home on December 31 last year, the former Beatle looked tanned, cool and healthy as he strolled the Grand Prix paddock at Albert Park. Although he refused to discuss the stabbing with the media, Harrison gave Grand Prix doctor Professor Sid Watkins a highly animated discussion of what happened. Waving his arms, Harrison pointed to his hands and chest as the doctor listened intently. Michael Adram (sic), 30, of Liverpool, is awaiting trial on a charge of attempted murder. Harrison has been a regular visitor to the Australian Grand Prix and attends several other races around the world each year."
