Guest guest
Greetings, With the onset of problems that have surfaced in India and Pakistan, as well as China and Taiwan, what is the prevailing view within the context of the Hare Krishna Movement, specifically regarding the following: >From all appearances, and with Third-World ability to access destructive nuclear information and products, does it not seem we are on the edge of a Nuclear-Decision Threshold? Of course, the world has been in this predicament for more than 50 years, but only recently does it appear to be one that is becoming more pronounced. This question occurred to me while reading newspaper articles about the escalating conflicts within the Asian regions of the world. At the same time, and even more disturbing, the association was made between the Battle of Kuruksektra and what stands to become a major nuclear holocaust between India and Pakistan, between Hindus and Muslims. In retrospect, can one not legitimately ask if the Hare Krishna Movement was not brought into being so as to provide a base of support for India and its ancient heritage? Am genuinely interested in your reply. Sincerely, J. C. Davis j.c.davis (AT) zebra (DOT) net
