New Guest house in Mayapur

Dear Prabhu/maharaj,

Pamho. Agtsp.

 

This is to inform you all that in Mayapur we have started constructing a new

guest house . This GH has one hundred rooms. It is located not so far from

present temple and very closed to big temple.

As Iskcon Mayapur is expanding more and more visitors and devotees are

comming to Mayapur. Devotees from around the world puting so much effort to

develop Mayapur. This place can be used to preach people from around the

world. As this is our world head quarters devotees from all the temples also

need to come here.

We are building this new guest house with a purpose that all temple from

whole world can have their won room here in Mayapur. When ever leaders of

that Zone or temple dev or Congregational members come to Mayapur they can

stay at their room.

In this way individual dev. or Temple or congregational members can have

their rooms in this building in betnam basis.

Two third construction of this building is completed . We hope to make the

building ready for use for Goura Purnima 2002.

The purpose of this building is to facilatate international devotees to be

accomodated in Mayapur. To develop more relationship with international

devotees. That so why donation for these rooms have been keept very low.

Management has not kept any mark up and land cost also not counted.

 

There are three varities of rooms

1. Double bed room 16.5ftx 10.5ft - Donation US$4444 only

2. DElux double bed room 21.5ftx 16.5ft - US$ 8,998

3. Super delux suite 25.5ftx 16.5ft with sitting area and

kitchenette-US$11998

10% surcharge for upper floors.

Room can be used by the donor or their guests for a total of 60 days every

year including the period of Goura Purnima festival.

A plaque mentioning the donors name will be posted on the door.

Already some rooms of this building have been booked.

I would like to requset our GBCs and leaders to contact their devotees and

members to take adventages of this opertunity of having won room in Mayapur.

This will solve your accomodation problem in Mayapur.

possible. We will allocate the rooms first come first serve basis.

Any one interested to have room can payful amount or atleast $1000 to book

the room and ful amount has to be paid before Goura Purnima festival 2002.
