I was asked to speak in a meeting of some businessmens about principles of management from vedic point of view. What should be motivation of a manager, what personal qualities he should develope? I think there should be a lot in Mahabharata and Ramayana. If any devotee did some research or has some material on this topic, and could share it with me I would be very grateful.
