I would greatly appreciate it if you would post the following message to the devotees at large. Under the circumstances, it seems the most efficient way to inform those who knew her. Srila Prabhupada's beloved spiritual daughter and first female Indian disciple, Sunita devi dasi (wife of Tosan Krishna das, mother of Gaura Shakti das, Govinda das, and Naveen Krishna das), left this material world yesterday, June 7, 2001 at approximately 2:30 p.m. Her last words were "Krishna! Prabhupada!" Sunita dasi left this world in a most auspicious manner, surrounded by several Godsisters chanting the Holy Name of the Lord. Memorial services for Sunita will be held at the Alachua Community Temple (New Raman Reti) on Sunday, June 10, 2001 at 10 a.m. For anyone wishing to send an e-mail message, feel free to use my address, and I will make certain her family receives it.
