This is to announce that ISKCON World Wide is up and running again at:

 

http://www.iskcon.org/address/

 

The old version relied on static pages. It wasn't updated for over a year

and the search engine didn't work.

 

Now the site is re-vamped and CGI driven. All info is pulled from a

database and presented in a listing format. You can use a set of "quick

lists" (lists of addresses often requested), create a custom listing on

the fly, or search by keyword.

 

The database is updated with all address corrections since its last

update. Still, many addresses may be wrong or obsolete. If you know the

valid addresses for your country, please check those that are online and

let me know of any changes.

 

If you choose a full listing of all addresses world wide, the site will

give you a zipped file for downloading. This file is a plain ASCII,

comma-dilimited text file that you can import in virtually any database

program (like MS Access). Output to the screen would create too large of a

file for most browsers to handle.

 

You shouldn't bookmark search results. It won't work. If you want to link

to a certain custom lists from your web site, please read the FAQ how to

do so (best is to just link to the main page). You can find the FAQ at:
