In a newspaper it said 80% of Americans do not have a will.

Mine was old and in a distant place.It cost me roughly $50 from a lawyer.

I seached the web and found a simple will, I used to make one for myself

and my wife.

1.this will is for the USA

2.it must be notarized

3. it must be signed in the presense of 2 witnesses(friends, etc.)

I thought it was alright to use.

If a person does not have a will. the government decides how a persons

stuff goes and to whom. it is called probate and takes roughly a year and

is costly.

4. I would like devotee lawyer to make a a page that leaves an amount to

the BBT or

some temple. could not find anyone to do this.
