Guest guest
Dear Sri Sriyuts Maharajs, prabhus and matajis. PAMRO., AGTSP., and all the devotees of the Lord. I am presently in the process of making a Shaligram Shila web-page where any and all devotees who worship this form of the Lord may have a spot. The purpose being to allow those of us at a distance to take the darshan of the Lord, and hear Their glories, in Their various forms. I already have a couple of information pages, nectar from the Hari Bhakti Vilas, Garuda Purana and other shastra, a selection of pictures from the Kali Gandaki region, and a number of good quality pictures of various Shaligrams that are to be placed there. HH Vipramukhya Swami has graced the site with a link to his diary when he visited the Kali-gandaki "Salagraming" in March 2001, we also have promises of participation from a number of other Shaligram sevaks (HH Indradyumna Swami, HH Bhaktisiddhanta Swami, Tattwa Darshan prabhu, etc, and a number of Iskcon Temple Shilas as well as other individual devotees) some who have / some who will contribute with articles, pictures, stories etc, when time allows. The site is already building up with some nectar - the site is not exclusive for Swayam vyakta Shaligrams of the Gandaki, but also Govardhan Shilas and Dwaraka Shilas too, Tadiyas could also have a spot. What I'm looking for now is participation from devotees all over the world to send a message to me if they/you're interested in having your own spot/place with a hyper link. The invitation is open to individual devotees and their Ishsthdevas as well as Temple Deities. If you already have a web-page centred around the Lord in these forms you might just like to send me the URL address, so we can put a link to your site. If you know of other devotees who have shilas please ask them to contact me at <jtcd (AT) xtra (DOT) co.nz>jtcd (AT) xtra (DOT) co.nz There are a lot of options and I see it as being VERY enthusing to all. Just in case anyone is wondering, yes, this is FREE. Looking forward to your positive response and participation. I beg to remain, yours in the humble service of the Lord and His devotees.
