I have decided to relocate with my family and I am looking for enthusiastic individuals or couples that would like to take over the Govinda's Restaurant in Greensboro, North Carolina. Greensboro is an hour's drive from Sandy Ridge (Prabhupada Village) devotee community and 45 minutes from Hillsborough (New Goloka) devotee community. The restaurant is 2000 square feet in size with seating for 70 and has a store frontage of 27 feet, it is superbly located in a high traffic college area. The restaurant has been open for 2 ½ years and has a loyal customer base. An enthusiastic couple could maintain the already tested menu and it makes it easy for the new owners to take over. I am willing to offer training and advice to the new owners. More than $50,000 was put into renovation and equipment when the restaurant opened and I am asking only $25,000 for the business.
