Mayapur festival 2003

Dear Prabhus/Maharajs,

Most of you must have heard that Mayapur festival comettee has decided to

celebrate Mayapur festival 2003 in very grand way. GBC Excutive comettee has

given permission to dedicate this festival in the name of HH Tamal Krishna

Goswami and this year Mayapur festival will be celebrated as Festival of

Chanting and hearing. Mayapur is working to arrange to accomodate at least

5000 dev. during this period of Mayapur festival. We expect many leaders and

general devotees will attend this festival . Inorder to facilatate devotees'

visit to Mayapur festival, we are working on a good deal.

According to this deal:

Devotee from USA or Europe (We may consider other part also). will pay the

amount of normal air ticket price(to Kolkata) to us. As a package deal We

will arrange every thing for their visit to Mayapur festival which will

include

1. Flying from New york or Frankfurt to Kolkata and back .

2. Free Road transportation from Kol to Mayapur and back

3. Free Accomodation in Mayapur for whole 20 days of festival period

4. Free Prasad for whole period of festival

5. Free Navadwip mandal parikrama.

6. Free Festival seminar

7. Free transportation to Santipur festival

 

That means dev. will not have to pay any thing else after paying their

package fee which is equal to their air ticket cost only. They will not

have to go through troubles of arrangement of transportation, Room

booking,Registration etc.

But to make this facility I will need atleast 500 dev. from US and 500 dev.

from Europe to participate this festival.

 

I mean if we arrange these many passangers for air line then they will give

us some discount. By which we can take care of expenditure of devotees

during festival.

 

Now I humbly request each receiver of this letter to reply me with their

feed back about this proposal. Please ask me any thing more dev. will like

to know. Pl. tell me if there will be any problem with this plan. How you

can help to impliment this plan? Will this plan encourage more dev. to

participate?
