I have been living in Vrindavan for 8 years by the mercy of my Gurudeva, Srila Virabahu Maharaj. For 5 years it was my good fortune to do gurukula seva, and now i manage the Womens Ministry at Krsna Balaram Mandir. I also had the good fortune to reside in New Dwarka, L.A. for 10 years serving Rukmini Dwarkadisha as assistant pujari and ashram leader. I am now limited in my ability to serve due to the need for total knee replacement surgery. I had an accident 30 years ago that resulted in removing all the cartlidge in my right knee. Now 30 years of walking with no cartlidge has caused severe bone loss. Alternative nedical approaches which once worked, works no more. I need crutches to walk and have a lot of pain. The needed surgery costs $3500.00. I would be very grateful to anyone who could help toward this cost as i do not have the money.
