Itinvolves latitudes of transgressionagainst internal laws as well as national, local, and civil mandates. Wepropose that said conduct cannot and shall not be condoned or supported by anyISKCON authority, devotee, or otherwise member of ISKCON. Therefore, be it recognized that Keshava Swami is notconsidered a devotee in good standing in ISKCON worldwide. He is not authorizedto hold any position in ISKCON temples nor is he allowed to hold any leadership position under any GBC. He is not allowed to give class in any ISKCON temple and he is not allowed to collect oraccept donations on behalf of ISKCON. If any devotee knows where Keshava Swami can be contacted,immediately inform your GBC who in turn should contact the Miami TempleAuthorities or their current GBC Representative, Malati dasi. We hereby propose that said conduct cannot and shall not be condoned or supported by any ISKCON authority, devotee, or otherwise member of ISKCON in any part of the world. Therefore, be it recognized that Keshava Swami (sic. Carlos S Palleres) is not considered a devotee in good standing in ISKCON worldwide. He is not authorized to hold any position in ISKCON temples nor is he allowed to hold any leadership position under any GBC.
