On the BBC1 TV "Special News Programme on the Asia disaster", presented by

anchorman and newscaster Peter Sissons, Sunday, the 2nd of January 2005 at

10.20 am, ISKCON UK's Bhaktivedanta Manor, its temple and congregational

devotees and its TP Gari dasa, opened a contribtion by the BBC1 TV's

religion broadcaster's news snippet on, "Why do bad things happen to good

people?"

We saw the temple deities, heard the congregational chanting of the Hare

Krishna maha-mantra and Gauri pr. briefly being interviewed on behalf of the

Hindu Forum of Britain.

Reference was made by the newscaster to the the Hare Krishna movement,

Bhaktivedanta Manor temple, reincarnation and karma.
