Object: Festival Hare Krishna in Rome (the Community celebrates its 30th

anniversary).

 

Dear devotees,

Please accept our most humble obeisances.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

 

We are preparing a festival to commemorate His Divine Grace A.C.

Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada's arrival in Rome and we all would be

honoured if you can participate. Srila Prabhupada's lotus feet have blessed

the city in the month of May 1974, laying down the basis of our Spiritual

Movement in Rome. An alternative that has transformed and changed our life

thanks to His mercy.

 

For this event we are organizing the following programme:

 

Friday, MAY 07th 2004

Harinama in the streets of Rome: departure from Piazza del Popolo at 05.00

pm. In the procession there will be also Their Lordships Sri Sri Gaura Nitai

installed Rome in 1974 and now residing in the temple of Prabhupada Desh

(Vicenza).

 

Saturday, MAY 08th 2004

Commemoration at the LICEO GIAMBATTISTA MORGAGNI, Via Fonteiana, 125 tel.

06-5894887, from 08.30 am till 21.00 pm with interventions on the

historical and spiritual inheritance of our Movement through the

witnessing of our Spiritual Masters and devotees invited. During the

afternoon,we will have events that will represent the cultural and

artistical tradition of our Movement.

 

May 9th , 2004

Sunday Feast in the Temple, starting at 5.00 pm.
