Today it was a concluded day of one week long

Morning Nagra Sankirtan on the occasion of Gour Purnima festival. At 11AM we

installed deity of Srila Prabhupada in the temple amongst large number of

person and later there was Abhishek.

In the evening at about 7 PM we take

Sri Sri Jagannatha, Baldeva and Subhadra and Sri Sri Gaur Nitai deities in a

beautifully decorated Ratha (Chariot) to the venue of the festival. There

was a big procession taking deities to the venue of the festival consisting

of beautifully decorated elephant, Band team and devotees. Devotees were

sweeping the path from where the chariot was to cross. Crackers were also

fired on the road and also at the venue of the festival during Maha Abhishek

of Sri Sri Gaur Nitai.

Then there was Kirtan by local and devotees from Vridavan. More than seven

thousand people attended the festival. People were dancing on mahamantra and

there was also Pushp Holi (Flower Holi). The pandal was very beautifully

decorated with lights, balloons etc. After aarti of their Lordship there was

Maha Abhishek of Sri Gaur Nitai.

Chhapan Bhog was offered to Lordship. People were seen in queues for darshan

of their Lordship. The festival concluded at about 11 PM. Then prashadam was

distributed to the people.
