All glories to Sri Panchatattva Deities Installation Ceremony!! All glories to His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada!!! By the mercy of Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Madhava and the desire of Their pure devotee Srila Prabhupada, we are going to celebrate the most awaited and the most auspicious event of the installation of Sri Panchatattva deities. For this historic Gaur Purnima Festival 2004 and Panchatattva deities installation ceremony thousands of devotees from all over the world are expected to arrive at Calcutta during a very short period, i.e. from 18th February 2004 to 22nd February 2004. To facilitate their journey from Calcutta to Sridham Mayapur, ISKCON Calcutta will arrange the reception booths at both International and National airports at Calcutta as well as at Howarah Railway station. There will be a team of more than 25 devotees who will be working in the shifts for four fays, i.e., from 18th February 2004 to 22nd February 2004 noon, round the clock. To serve you in a better way, please let us know your arrival details well in advance, latest by 15th February 2004. We will require the details like - 1. Number and the names of the devotees coming; 2. The place from where you are coming; 3. The mode of transport train/ plane; 4. The flight / train name and number; 5. Whether you have already arranged the transportation? a) If yes, then the details of the arrangement made - Where have you booked the vehicle, Is the previous arrangement made by you is sufficient for you? b) If no, then do you want us to book the vehicle/s in advance? For how many people should we book the vehicle/s? What are your preferences for the transportation?
