Everybody could use some extra ³Good Karma² and there will be lots of it

available Saturday August 7th. Utah¹s one and only ³Good Karma Fest² starts

at 6 pm at the Krishna Temple one mile south of Spanish Fork on Main St.

Performing bands on the outdoor stage will be Two and a Half White Guys*,

After Hours**, and the Marlena Lambert group***.

The Vedic Ensemble for Dramatic Arts will present the thought provoking,

acclaimed play, ³Butcher¹s Nightmare². Cast members are Randolph McKee,

Debbie Frazier, Joe Perry, Virginia and Ganga Shibonis, and Justin Hardwick.

Tasty vegetarian meals, snacks, and drinks will be available for nominal

prices.

There will be film showings, exhibits, books and booths.

Entrance is $ 3.00 adult/$ 1.00 children.

* Two & a Half White Guys: Reggae/ska, shared the stage with Howard Jones,

Sublime, Squirrel Nut Zippers, produced 4 CD¹s

Members: Nathan Robinson, vocals and rhythm guitar, Dan Nelson, tenor sax,

Curt Gordon, lead guitar, Daden Whittaker, trumpet, Andrews Evans, bass

guitar, Chan Harman, guitar. These musicians like to have fun, and lay down

good dance beats.

** After Hours: Eight Piece Funky Jazz and Blues Band, Carrie Scott lead

vocals

***Marlena Lambert has traveled to and extensively studied India, is a

popular yoga teacher in Salt Lake City and has produced CD¹s along with her

accompanists.
