The Krsna Foundation - Correction

Dear devotees,

Hare Krisna

 

After publishing the information about establishment of the foundation for

education in Croatia, there were some objections to our somewhat inappropriate

statement that "only persons with solid education can promote the Vedic

knowledge and culture."

 

Whereas the understanding of our acaryas is that anyone, regardless of

educational qualification or lack of it, if surrendered to Krsna and therefore

receiving His mercy, can be empowered to spread Krsna consciousness, we would

like to rephrase the previous sentence, and state that:

 

....by solid, thorough education such as is offered at Bhaktivedanta College

will, with the blessings of Caitanya Mahaprabhu, help greatly to establish the

Krsna consciousness movement and promote Vedic knowledge and culture.
