Then click on the Live Temple audio. That should do it. We also plan to video record the proceedings and provide a DVD to sponsors upon request. We¹ll dedicate your kalashas in the name of any loved one you designate, and send the kalasha to the person along with other gifts by post! Full festival viewing schedule below: 8:00 pm: Video on the Big Screen, Vrndavan, Land of Krishna 8:30 pm: Pageant of the Birth of Lord Krishna, presented with music, dance, and drama, 30 minutes. The characters in the drama will be Kamsa, played by Joe Perry, Vasudeva, Jon Chavez, Devaki, Janaki Devi, Narada Muni, Sydhartha Manna, Durga, Divya Drsti Frazier, Putana, Vishnu Priya Shabbiness, Guards and Kamsa¹s Counselors, Zach Perry and Alan Fisher, & Gopis by Jesse Phelps and Rae Lynn Wagner. 9:00 pm: Entertainment: Shreelata Suresh*, founder and head of the Vishwa Shanthi dance school of San Francisco. Shreelata will perform for 40 minutes, focusing on the childhood pastimes of Lord Krishna. 9:45 pm: Maha Sankalpa, Punya Vacanam, Sadopachara, Abhisheka (Ritual Bathing ceremony) for the Deity of Krishna, Swing ceremony. Devotional songs, and responsive kirtans (chanting) by members like Jai Krishna Das, Natu Patel, Pragna Shah, Chiman Kotecha, and others yet to be announced. 12 Midnight: Gala Midnight Aarti ceremony. 12:30 am: Huge feast of Vegetarian Shree Krishna prasadam (consecrated food). Meals will have been served throughout the evening for those who cannot stay until midnight. Members are invited to bring vegetarian food offerings to the Lord on this auspicious occasion.
