The album cover depicts Lord Vishnu, Lord Brahma, and Lord Siva.....only Their faces have been cut out and replaced with the faces of the three band members. Recently, Columbia Records released an album by the band Aerosmith. The cover had Krishna dancing on the Kaliya serpent....only Krishna's head was replaced with a cat's head and the top of His body with a woman's torso. Due to large public outcry and threats of a boycott, the band apologized and Columbia Records agreed to not print any more of the offensive album covers. We are appealing to you to please protect the sanctity of Vedic culture and the sacred image of the Lord by protesting this outrage. There is the old saying that all it takes for evil to succeed is for good people to do nothing. Imagine the hue and cry from the Christians if some band had taken a picture of Jesus at the Last Supper and replaced the faces of Jesus and his disciples with their own. This is not an impossible or futile effort. As mentioned above, Columbia records has already been forced to back down. The Muslims just got Nike to recall a whole shoe line because they felt the logo looked like the Arabic script for "Allah". Please help us to right this wrong. Below you will find a list of contacts.
