5-digit countinger with a round blob & press button

I was looking for a 5-digit handheld mechanical counting clicker. Here in

India I have seen only 3-digit ones. One may have seen it in the hands of

some devotees who use it for chanting. Or in sports shops, the managers keep

it for counting the no. of fans going out etc.

 

There is a small round bob for holding in the hand and a press-button on top

with a digit window to count.

 

They must be available in any stationery or sports stores in the US or

another countries.

 

Can any devotee give me a clue of where I can find it, how can I order

online or any other source to obtain it?
