We need the quote from Bhaktisiddhanta about the initiation ceremony being a spiritual process; not of this world... Also needed are quotes from Srila Prabhupada about how ISKCON can be spiritually successful only if its members stick to the process (or the contrapositive that if we don't stick to the process then ISKCON will not be successful). Quotes needed are ones that refer to the institution, not to individual members.
