I am renting a fully furnished one bedroom flat in the MVT during the summer-autumn bhakti sastri course ( or on a long term basis ). The flat has one living room, one bedroom, a kitchen ( cooking pots, plates, cups etc. are ther ), a bathroom and a big balcony.
