Guest guest
Dear Devotees, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. The Mayapur Institue of Higher Education has finalized a decision to cancel the VTE Bhakti-sastri course scheduled to begin January 7th. We tried our best to bring this course about, but we are seeing very strong indications from Krsna that this course is not meant to be this year. There are many reasons for this decision, but the most prominent ones are: 1. We are unable to arrange for teachers for all of the books due to personal crisis in the lives of some of our teachers. We have lost two of our men teachers in the last month. 2. Two other teachers are unable to attend the full term of their courses due to recently developed and unavoidable scheduling conflicts. 3. Another teacher although planning to teach has recently developed serious health problems making his ability to teach his full course questionable. Obviously we can not offer a full BS course without sufficient teachers? We are not in any way faulting the devotees who had committed to teach and can not teach now because they all have real issues that they have to deal with. The MIHE administration is simply seeing Krsna's will being enacted through many different circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. If anyone has any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Your servant, Janmastami dasa
