Guest guest
Introducing Mandala Yurts At New Vrajamandala in Central Spain, we are producing authentic modern yurts. A yurt is a circular structure of wood and canvas in varying sizes from 5 meters diameter to 9 meters diameter, and about 3 meters high. These tentlike structures can be transported in a van or 4 wheel drive vehicle, and assembled almost anywhere. The wall structure is a lattice made of pine wood, that collapses into a small roll. When expanded the wall structure is self supporting, and does not require any external guy ropes for stability. The roof beams are made of pine, but can also be made from lightweight aluminium. The cover is made of waterproof UV protected architectural fabric. The yurts can be decorated with devotional motifs in almost any design. A yurt is an immediate eye catcher and will enhance any festival presentation. These strucures are ideal for festival preaching, and can be used as a temple, asram, preaching center, kitchen, shop, for displays, whatever you want. The sides can be left open, you can have any amount of windows, and it is possible also to have more than one door. It is also possible to heat them with a wood stove. Insulation is an optional extra. Apart from festivals, yurts are ideal structures for guest accomodation, school rooms, etc at any temple. Because they are tents there is no need for planning permission, and they can be relocated within a few hours. I am attaching a few pictures of yurts, and can send more information if you are interested. Hare Krsna! Your servant Samba das
