We have a beautiful basement apartment available for rent in our home in

Springville, Utah. We'd like to rent to someone with devotional

inclinations, or at least to a committed vegetarian.

 

W're 10 minutes from the Spanish Fork temple and from the cities of

Provo/Orem. The apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen-dining area

and a living room, and a storage-laundry room area. It has new carpet in the

bedroom and new wood laminate flooring elsewhere, and is freshly painted.

There's a dishwasher, stove and fridge. There are hookups for a

washer-dryer, and the apartment has its own separate entrance. It's a very

nice space, which we plan to rent for $475 per month, utilities included.

We'd be willing to reduce that price for the right person. We'd also

possibly be interested in trading some of the rent in exchange for

childcare/housecleaning services. And, we'll throw in a broadband Internet

connection.
