Dear Jayapataka Maharaja,

Please accept my respectful obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Sometimes I can hear some devotees chant:

1.Krisna instead of Krishna (S instead of SH);

2.Hari instead of Hare (I instead of E);

3.Ramo, or even Ruamo instead of Rama (O instead of A).

Thus we get:

Hari Krisna Hari Krisna Krisna Krisna Hari Hari

Hari Ramo Hari Ramo Ruamo Ruamo Hari Hari

RUAMO is not so common, but the other 2 I can hear from time to time.

Is it OK to pronounce the Mahamantra in this way, or should one point it out

to a person who keeps chanting like this?

Thank you for your time.

Here Krishna.

your servant

bh. Wiktor
