Guest guest
Dear Guru Maharaj Srila Acharyapada, Please accept my respectful obeisances. All glories to Your Divine Grace. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Guru Maharaja, can You kindly explain why Lord Nityananda is numbered before Lord Caitanya in our Guru Parampara list in the Bhagavad Gita. No.20 is Sri Madhavendra Puri, 21 is Sri Isvara Puri, (Nityananda prabhu, Advaita acarya), and No.22 Lord Caitanya. Your fallen servant, Tarini Radha dd. It is said that Lord Nityananda Prabhu got initiated by Sri Madhavendra Puri and therefore he would also be a godbrother of Isvara Puri Maharaj or Lord Sri Krishna Caitanya Mahaprabhu's Spiritual Master. That is why he would be listed prior to Lord Sri Krishna Caitanya Mahaprabhu in the listing. I hope that this finds you in good health. Your ever well wisher, Jayapataka Swami
