Guest guest
Camp: Bhaktivedanta Manor, UK. -- Mayapur Development Design Meetings I got the following question: > In previous month and a half my sadhana was very weak. I had to study > for school. I studied late during the night and I couldn´t wake up > early in the morning, so i chanted during the day, sometimes in the evening > also. I slept usually five hours a day and I was really exhausted. I read > only few pages of Srila Prabhupada´s books a day. What can I do about this? Better to go to bed early and use an alarm clock and rise early in the morning. Chant some rounds and read a verse of BG or SB and then study in the morning. The brain is fresh and it will stick with you better. Late night studying is bad for sadhana and bad for learning. Thankyou for chanting in spite of so much studying.
