The soul is situated in the heart. The soul has its own spiritual mental

faculty. When it is stated in the heart it is understand that it is also in

the mind, but in a more deep sense. Not only a mental presence, but an

emotional and deep spiritual presence or meditation is also there. Also

Lord Sri Krishna can personally reside inside the heart of His devotee and

wherever that devotee goes becomes like Vrindavan since he is carrying Lord

Sri Krishna in his heart. Wherever Srila Prabhupada went one felt like it

was Vrindavan.
