Srila Prabhupada quotes a version which is what we normally quote. I am not sure exactly where it originates from, but it is the most popular version among all Gaudiya Vaisnavas. EVeryone quotes that version and not the version cited about from CB 4.126. I haven't had the time to research why exactly. Sorry I don't have more information at my finger tips.
