Guest guest
[Text 173812 from CIS] Dear Jayapataka Swami Maharaja, Please accept my humble obeisances in the dust of your divine lotus feet. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! All glories to you! Your Holiness, some time ago when I saw you on videotapes only,I couldn't even think that in the future it will be possible to get some personal association with you. But by the causeless mercy of Lord Caitanya to the most fallen souls of Kali-yuga, you came to our city and gave us your priceless association. Unfortunately, not always can we properly value association with exalted devotees. We can't even heartily call out like Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura did: bhukti-mukti-spriha vihina je bhakta labhaite tako sanga anurakta "I am eager to associate with devotees who are totally devoid of aspirations for worldly enjoyment and liberation". We can only hope that thanks to your prayers, our spiritual intelligence will win the lawer-mind,and then we will become very eager for saintly association, which is a priceless gift of Lord Gauranga. Then we will try to serve Vaisnavas and the great mission of spreading the Holy Name again and again. With best wishes,Falling at your lotus feet, Alakananda d. d.
