My Dear Bhn Masha, Please accept my best wishes. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Thankyou for your question cited below. I have noted the contents carefully. > Dear Jayapataka Swami, please accept my humble obeisances. > All glories to Srila Prabhupada! > > I would like to ask one question. To sannyasis or Godbrothers of > guru one should offer obeisances when he is seen first time a day and > last time a day. But what about guru's Godiaters? Is it so? Clarify > please, because regard guru's Godsisters ussualy I follow the same > tradidion. Why not? Whether Godbrother or Godsister of the Spiritual Master one should offer respect. Being a Godsister means she is also initiated and therefore a vaisnavi on the level of our Spiritual Master so she is naturally worthy of our respect. We used to offer respect to Srila Prabhupada's sister and Godsister "Pisima". As far as the exact protocol for Sannyasis or Godbrothers/sisters of the Guru I have always heard one should offer obeisances the first time we see them in the day. How can we say which time will be the last time we see them? > > Hope this meets You well and in nice health > Ys Masha Your servant, Jayapataka Swami
