That is a difficult question. Only Lord Sri Krishna can see all the factors

affecting us. A group of astrologers in S. India answering a "prasna" by

some devotees stated Harikesa Maharaja's illnesses were due to: 1) his

activities; 2) reactions for his disciples activities; 3) evil attempts of

enimical people against him; 4) a very bad astrological period which

weakened him; 5) other factors.

 

The astrologers also said that Harikesa Maharaj was being helped by

practicing vaisnavas praying for him.

 

> What kind of hope can we have if we aren't even higher than a shadow in

> floor?.

 

Everyone is tested. Tests get tougher as time goes on. We must depend on

the lotus feet of Srila Prabhupada and Guru & Gauranga to cross over tests.

 

> Wich is your advice, your feelings, your comments about this?

 

Keep on chanting Hare Krishna and rendering devotional service without

cessation.

 

> For other side, we think that part of this is the reaction to the

> irresponsability of some discipules, and we see that you're taking care

Disciples good activities can also help the spiritual master to please Lord

Sri Krishna. I am hoping that by the good activities of my sincere

disciples I will be able to please Lord Sri krishna Caitanya Mahaprabhu

more.

 

I am always depending on the mercy of Srila Prabhupada, Lord Sri krishna

Caitanya Mahaprabhu and Radha Madhava. Being in Mayapur dhama is a special

mercy for me. I get to bath in the Holy Ganges. To serve the vaisnavas. To

go on Navadwip-Mayapur Dhama Parikrama and to render many other devotional

services for the holy Dhama. I do all of these to please Srila Prabhupada

and I am simply depending on the mercy of my Spiritual Master to be fixed in

Krishna consciousness. I have no other qualification. I am simply trying to

carry out the orders of my Spiritual Master.

 

Srila Prabhupada said that if one is travelling and preaching around the

world it helps to burn up many reactions. We don't hanker for having many

disciples. If a sincere soul comes and wants to accept some shelter or help

then how can we refuse? Sastra says one shouldn't refuse a sincere soul. We

should test them, but if they are proven to be sincere then we should accept

and guide them back to Lord Sri Krishna. I am applying this principle.

 

Thankyou for being concerned about me. I hope this will inspire you to be

careful in your Krishna consciousness and to encourage your godbrothers and

sisters and all devotees in Krishna consciousness.

Don't be paranoid about me. To be concerned that everything you do is

affecting your Spiritual Master is all right, but don't get over fearful.

That could dampen your enthusiasm which wouldn't be beneficial.

You should also mention: "My Lord, if it so please You..." since we are

servants of the Lord and make no demands on him.
